To use a Opticianonline.net RSS feed you simply need a RSS reader.
Talk to your IS department for advice - they may be able to suggest the most suitable RSS reader for your machine. Google Directory has the latest RSS reader and more information is provided by the BBC on how to start using RSS feeds.
If you are currently using Internet Explorer 7, Mozilla Firefox 2 or Safari you have RSS functionality already.
Once a reader is downloaded all you need to do is click on the feed buttons that take your interest and follow the instructions on your RSS reader to access the headlines.
RSS feeds can also be integrated into website or intranet pages to provide a "latest news" section on a web page.

You can also use our RSS feeds so that they display on your own website.
